Natacha D. Beaumont

Natacha has 25 years proficiency in Corporate Finance, Investment strategy, Alternatives and Family Holding management.

She has closed over 150 transactions in 10 countries over the past 20 years.

As a women in Finance, she is one of the pioneers at a C-level position in EU family Office.

Natacha developed a deep expertise in International Corporate and Investment banking thanks to her roles at Crédit Lyonnais Brussels and VP in Paris, and then at EY and Arthur Andersen.

She subsequently served as strategic and marketing consultant before joining early 2004 a major Belgium-Swiss family group, first acting as CFO and Investment Director, and now as the non-family Board member.

Natacha had leading roles in setting up a renowned Art Centre in China, developing the first Belgian green certificate building and creating the Belgian US-listed biotech Unicorn. She is engaged in projects to assist family entrepreneurs transition their business and capital for increased professionalism, sustainability, and prosperity. Sitting at several boards of family holdings, and professional associations, gives Natacha valuable insights into the most recent trends and thoughts around the world. In addition, she acts as Business Partner for both Consilio and Axxess Partners and is an active member of the social welfare organisation Lions club Gandalys.

Natacha is tri-lingual (NL-F-Eng (D)), holds an MBA from Solvay – ULB, a Master in Risk Management, and a MSc. in Business Engineer from Ehsal – KUL. Natacha is also a Wharton and recently a Harvard alumnus. She co-initiated the family office workshop at EVCA (now Invest Europe), is member of Women on Board and since July 2018, Board member at the Family Office Circle Foundation in Zürich.
